Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Every account gets the full feature set (unlimited staff, services, and bookings) for free, forever. The only thing that ever costs money is WhatsApp reminders, and your first 20 each billing period are free too. You're billed only for what you use beyond that.
Do WhatsApp reminders work in my country?
Yes. WhatsApp reminders work in all 20+ countries Miali supports, including Kenya, Nigeria, UAE, South Africa, India, and the UK. As long as your clients have WhatsApp (and they do), reminders reach them.
What happens if I go over the free reminders?
Nothing changes about your account. You're simply billed $0.12 for each additional reminder sent past the free 20, charged in arrears at the end of your billing period. If you'd rather not think about it, buy a prepaid pack instead: 100 reminders for $9.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes. You can add clients manually or in bulk from your dashboard. If you have a spreadsheet of existing clients, reach out to us and we'll help you import them.
Can I buy a reminder pack instead of paying per reminder?
Yes. The prepaid pack exists purely for predictability: pay upfront if you'd rather not track per-reminder cost. It's optional, not required, and you can buy one anytime from your dashboard.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. We don't charge transaction fees or take a percentage of your revenue. The only thing you ever pay for is WhatsApp reminder volume. Every booking you take is 100% yours.
