Questions nail salons ask
Can clients book a specific technician?
Yes. Clients choose a technician or "Anyone available", and Miali assigns whoever is free.
Can I set different times for manicures, pedicures and acrylics?
Yes. Each service has its own duration and price. Clients can also book a manicure and pedicure together in one booking.
Does Miali work out commission?
It gives you an estimate. You set each technician's rate and the report multiplies it by their revenue. Miali doesn't run payroll.
Can I record cash and M-Pesa payments?
Yes. At Pay & complete you record how the client paid: cash, M-Pesa, card, bank transfer or other. Miali records the payment, it doesn't process it.
Can clients show me the look they want?
Yes. After booking, and any time before the visit from their booking link, clients can add up to 3 inspo photos. You see them on the appointment, and they're private to you and the client.
