Are there transaction fees?
No. Miali doesn't process your payments, so it never takes a cut. Deposits go straight to your Cash App, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal.
Can I move my clients over from Vagaro or Square?
Yes. Add them yourself, or on Pro send us your service list and client list in your first month and we'll set them up for you.
Do my clients need an app or an account?
No. Your booking page opens in any browser, on any phone. Clients get their reminders on WhatsApp, and by email if they leave one.
Can clients cancel or reschedule on their own?
Yes. Every booking comes with a link where the client can pick a new time or cancel, up to a cutoff you set, like 24 hours before. You get a notification either way.
What happens after my 10 free bookings?
Online booking pauses until next month, or until you upgrade. Your page stays up, walk-ins still work, and there are no surprise charges.
