Can I add all my stylists?
The Business plan ($10 a month) covers up to 5 bookable people, each with their own working hours. Free and Pro cover one person. Stylists don't get their own logins; you manage everyone from your account.
Can clients book a specific stylist?
Yes. Clients pick a stylist or choose "Anyone available", and Miali assigns whoever is free.
What happens to a stylist's bookings if they leave?
When you hide a stylist, Miali offers to move their upcoming bookings to someone else. A booking only moves if that person works at that time and is free, and you see how many stayed. You can also move a single booking from the appointment.
How do walk-ins work?
Add a walk-in from the calendar and it sits alongside your online bookings. Walk-ins never count toward your plan's booking limit.
How is commission worked out?
You set a commission rate for each person. Reports multiply their revenue by that rate to give an estimate. Miali doesn't run payroll or pay anyone.
Can I keep colour formulas on file?
Yes. Each client profile has room for formulas, preferences, notes and allergies, and allergies show at the top.
Can clients show me the look they want?
Yes. After booking, and any time before the visit from their booking link, clients can add up to 3 inspo photos. You see them on the appointment, and they're private to you and the client.
