Yes. Clients can add several services to one booking and see the total time and price.
Can staff log in and manage their own schedules?
No. Staff don't have their own logins. You set each person's working hours and time off from your account.
How many team members can I add?
The Business plan ($10 a month) covers up to 5 bookable people. Free and Pro cover one.
Can I give a booking to someone else on the team?
Yes. Open the appointment and change who's doing it. Miali only lets it move to someone who works at that time and is free, so nobody gets double-booked.
Can I see which services make the most money?
Yes. Reports show revenue by service, average ticket, peak days and hours, and a commission estimate for each team member.
Can I take deposits for longer appointments?
Yes. Set a fixed amount or a percentage. Clients pay you directly by M-Pesa, bank transfer or whatever you use, enter the reference, and you confirm it.
Can clients show me the look they want?
Yes. After booking, and any time before the visit from their booking link, clients can add up to 3 inspo photos. You see them on the appointment, and they're private to you and the client.
