Welcome to Miali! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using Miali, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Miali.

1. Using Miali

Miali helps independent beauty professionals and small service businesses manage bookings, services, and clients.

• Business owners: You're responsible for keeping your business details, services, pricing, and availability accurate and up to date. Your business profile, including its name, description, location, services, pricing, and photos, is public and may appear in search results. Clients contact and book with you through Miali; we don't publish your phone number or email on your public profile. When someone starts but doesn't finish booking with you, Miali may give you their phone number so you can follow up; you agree to use it only to help that person complete their booking and to comply with applicable messaging and communications laws.
• Clients: You must provide accurate contact information and arrive on time for your scheduled appointments.

2. Your Responsibilities

Use Miali responsibly. Don't create fake accounts, spam bookings, or attempt to disrupt the platform's operation.

You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's terms for the payment itself. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

Everything on Miali, including our software, design, and branding, belongs to Miali and is protected by law. You may not copy or redistribute it without our written permission.

You keep ownership of your own business content, such as your business name, logo, and service descriptions.

5. Disclaimers

• Miali is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Miali isn't responsible for disputes between business owners and their clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Miali isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Miali at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, and any disputes will be resolved under those laws.
