How do I know where the client is?
When a client books a home visit, they enter their address, and it comes through with the booking. Miali doesn't send directions, so you'll use your own maps app.
What if I only travel to certain areas?
List the towns you serve. Clients see that list on your booking page before they choose a home visit.
Do I need to send reminders myself?
No. Miali sends a WhatsApp reminder at the time you choose (anywhere from 1 to 72 hours before) and another 2 hours before. Clients who gave an email get an email reminder too.
Does it work on a cheap phone or a weak connection?
It runs in your phone's browser, you can install it to your home screen, and there's an Android app on Google Play. Your recent calendar and clients still load when the signal is weak.
Can clients show me the look they want?
Yes. After booking, and any time before the visit from their booking link, clients can add up to 3 inspo photos. You see them on the appointment, and they're private to you and the client.
