Do I need the team features?
No. The Free and Pro plans include one bookable person, which is you. If you later bring someone on, the Business plan covers up to 5.
How do the rewards work?
You can run punch cards (for example, every 5th visit of a service free or a percentage off), loyalty discounts earned through visits or points, and prepaid packages. Clients see them on your booking page and you apply them at Pay & complete.
Can I block off personal time?
Yes. Set your working hours and block any time off from the calendar. For a holiday, close the whole day in one step. Clients only see the times you're available.
Can I take deposits?
Yes. Set a fixed amount or a percentage. Clients pay you directly by M-Pesa, bank transfer, Cash App or whatever you use, enter the payment reference, and you confirm it. Miali never holds the money.
Can I reward clients who send their friends?
Yes. Add a loyalty discount and choose Bringing a friend. Clients share their own link. The friend gets the discount on their first visit, and your client gets it once for each friend who comes in.
