Can clients choose their artist or piercer?
Yes. Clients pick a specific person or "Anyone available". The Business plan covers up to 5 bookable people, each with their own hours.
How do I handle a consultation before the tattoo?
Create the consultation as its own service. After it, book the tattoo session for the same client and keep your design notes on their profile.
Can I set different lengths for different pieces?
Yes. Each service has its own duration, so a small flash piece and a five-hour session take the right amount of time.
Can I block out dates for conventions or guest spots?
Yes. Block time off on the calendar and clients won't see those times on your booking page.
Can clients sign a consent form through Miali?
No. Miali doesn't have consent forms, so keep handling those the way you do now.
Can clients send reference images?
Yes. After booking, and any time before the session from their booking link, clients can add up to 3 reference images. You see them on the appointment, and they're private to you and the client.
