Yes. Clients can add several services to one booking.
Can I manage treatment rooms?
Miali books by therapist, not by room. Each therapist has their own working hours, and clients choose one or anyone available.
Can regulars prepay for several visits?
Yes. Sell a prepaid package, like five massages, and Miali counts down one per visit. You can also run punch cards and loyalty discounts.
Can I take deposits?
Yes, as a fixed amount or a percentage. Clients pay you directly and enter the reference, then you confirm it. Miali doesn't process cards.
Can I message clients who haven't been back?
Yes. Email a group of clients at once, or open WhatsApp chats one by one with the message prefilled.
Can I reward clients who send their friends?
Yes. Add a loyalty discount and choose Bringing a friend. Clients share their own link. The friend gets the discount on their first visit, and your client gets it once for each friend who comes in.
