Questions wellness centers ask
Can I take bookings for group classes?
Not yet. Miali handles one-on-one appointments, so a yoga class with 15 people isn't a good fit right now.
Can practitioners manage their own schedules?
Practitioners don't have their own logins. You set each person's working hours and time off from your account.
Can different services have different lengths?
Yes. Each service has its own duration and price, so a 30-minute consult and a 75-minute session each take the right time.
Can I sell packages?
Yes. Prepaid packages count down one visit at a time, and you can also run punch cards and loyalty discounts.
Can I reward clients who send their friends?
Yes. Add a loyalty discount and choose Bringing a friend. Clients share their own link. The friend gets the discount on their first visit, and your client gets it once for each friend who comes in.
