Miali books by person, not by chair or room. If two nurses are working, each can take a client at the same time. There's no separate setup for chairs or bays.
Can clients fill in a health questionnaire?
No. Miali doesn't have intake forms and isn't a medical records system. Use the service description and prep notes to tell clients what to expect, and keep your clinical paperwork as you do now.
Do clients need an app to book?
No. They book from your link in a browser without an account. Returning clients' details are remembered on their device.
How do walk-ins work?
Add them from the calendar. They show alongside online bookings and never count toward your plan's booking limit.
Can I reward clients who send their friends?
Yes. Add a loyalty discount and choose Bringing a friend. Clients share their own link. The friend gets the discount on their first visit, and your client gets it once for each friend who comes in.
